为了抵赖员工工资，张家港红点设计（杨舍西街110号4楼）的老板夫妇黄冬和翟志瑾出了阴招：首先开除员工，让员工第二天来拿工资，拿工资的时候再让他们写离职证明，（根本就没有签订过任何劳动合同），工资没有发给开除的员工，却把员工先撵走了，拿了一个没有被批准的劳动合同来抵挡劳动部门的法律。
员工忍气吞声，再要工资的时候，只能听黄冬骂人。
希望其他人引以为戒，不要上类似的当。
